Day 78, Eleventh week ( Lost weight: -25 kg) – Time to start building muscle

I have passed the 25 kg target by a good margin and have now had a talk with Lise. As a result, we will be exercising more and slightly differently as of today. In the long term, I will also eat differently, since 1300 kcal per day is not the optimum amount if you want to exercise hard. But this change will only take place after 90 days of the Max diet. So far, it has worked every bit as well as I could have wished for, and I have had no problems whatsoever combining the diet and exercise.

OK, so I haven’t exercised particularly hard, only enough to burn calories, but I have, even so, taken some form of exercise on 70 out of 78 days. So the countdown has started. 12 days left on hamburgers, then it will be other healthy food in combination with a couple of slimburgers every now and again. :) I am going to nag Max into allowing me to keep my black VIP card, since I will never grow tired of hamburgers. 

Exercise: 40-minute morning walk, unfortunately after breakfast. Lise tormented me with 20 minutes on the rowing machine, and I beat the impossible 4800 metres. The instrument of torture stopped at 4848 metres – finally! We skipped the rest of the burn exercises and concentrated on my back instead. I’ll know all about it tomorrow.
